The identified ring

Silver and iron, twisted together

Robert described the regular Silviron ring as a simple twist of separate silver and iron wires. He distinguished it from an earlier experiment in which he sought to bind the metals into one piece. His 2005 site presented both as part of a longer personal story about the “Nine Rings of Power.”

Regular Silviron Ring

Handcrafted twisted silver and iron. Listed in sizes 4 through 14, including half and quarter sizes. The archived price was $15 with US postage included.

The original ring photo was linked as siring.jpg, but it has not been recovered. This is a newly created interpretive rendering informed by a privately held ring photograph, not Robert’s original image or a reproduction of that holder’s photograph.

Shop closure

Robert says he removed most original pages and closed the shop because he lacked the time and energy to continue it. He added book and movie reviews.
